Daniel has spent over 12 years in the finance space, primarily working in debt collection and credit repair. Daniel saw an opportunity to be able to really help people achieve their financial dreams and knew the knowledge he was able to accumulate, paired with his unwavering desire to help people would be a match made in heaven for his clients.
Byron Yusuf
Director
Byron has an extensive history in customer service, he is able to bring a refreshing approach to credit repair by ensuring the focus remains on his clients from beginning to end. Making sure that the client experience is at the heart of everything Bon Voyage Credit Repair does. Combining this background with Daniel’s experience ensures a truly exceptional service.
Simon Allen
Case Manager
Simon has worked in a variety of industries and brings skills learned in these fields to the team here at Team BV. Simon has spent the last 9 years in the impaired credit space with one of Australia’s largest collection companies. Whilst at Pioneer Credit he started as a collection officer and worked his way up into the Dispute Response and Compliance Team. It was there that he honed his skills and knowledge. Simon prides himself on being open and honest with customers and helping them achieve their dreams whilst also leaving no stone unturned in the search for complete customer satisfaction.
Joanne Schmidt

Joanne joined Team BV back in early 2023 to bolster the team and support the growth, she brought over 26 years of experience working with NAB – now with BV Credit Repair, Joanne is focused on helping people get their credit back on track and take control of their finances for their future.
